HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.5758 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed an appeal before the 3rd respondent vide File No.F2/1549/2012 on 10.08.2016 to set aside the report dated 24.06.2016 in File No.A6/2574/2016 and the same is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties including the petitioner.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
