HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE (TR) NO. 10 OF 2017 ORDER:

The Administrative Tribunal by way of interim order directed the respondents to notify the posts in Categories 15, 16, 17 and 19 in Class-II of the A.P. Educational Subordinate Service Rules, along with notified posts of Teachers in DSC-2012. Alleging violation of said interim order, this Contempt Case (TR) is filed.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader produced a copy of the order of Division Bench of this Court dated 24.7.2012, made in WPMP No. 28580 of 2012 in W.P.No. 22286 of 2012, wherein the Division Bench has granted interim suspension of the orders of the Tribunal. Thus, it cannot be said that the directions of the Tribunal are violated.
