The contempt case is filed seeking to punish the respondent under Sections 1O to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for deliberate and willful disobedience in implementing the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.No.32l05 of 2016, dated 07.12.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Vanam Vishwanatham, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, respondent demolished the unauthorized construction made in the subject property.

3. In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
