Petitioner had applied on 05.11.2015 to the respondents 2 and 3 for grant of a regular permit on the existing Town Service Route Cheedikada to Chodavaram RTC Complex (via) Tiruvelu, etc. Petitioner's grievance is that no action has been taken by the respondents on the said application till date.

2. The Government Pleader for Transport appearing for respondents states that respondents 2 and 3 will consider the petitioner's application within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
