This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
"To issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the 6th Respondent herein in sanctioning domestic electricity service connection on Petitioners name to Petitioner's house bearing Door No.29/3A, admeasuring Ac.0.19 '/2 cents or 943.8 Sq. yards, situated in Nadimpalem village, Prathipadu Mandal, Guntur District in pursuance to Petitioner's application dt. 01-04-2015, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, malafide, though the Petitioner is ready and willing to bear the estimate cost of Rs.40,113.38 arrived at by the 6th Respondent after due inspection of the petitioner's house on 07-04-2015 and to consequently direct the Respondent No.6 to forthwith sanction domestic electricity service connection on Petitioners name to Petitioner's house bearing Door No.29/3A, admeasuring Ac.0.19 1/2 cents or 943.8 Sq. yards, situated in Nadimpalem village, Prathipadu Mandal, Guntur District, after due collection of the estimated costs from the Petitioner herein." 2.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for reddressal of grievance the petitioner herein submitted his representation on 01.04.2015 to the 2nd respondent in respect of the house bearing Door No.29/3A, admeasuring Ac.0.19 1⁄2 cents, but no action has been taken so far.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law. 4.
For the aforesaid reasons, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the
respondents herein to take appropriate action on the application dated 01.04.2015 said to have been filed by the petitioner herein in respect of the house bearing Door No.29/3A, admeasuring Ac.0.19 1⁄2 cents, in accordance with law and subject to compliance of all the statutory requirements. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
