This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 3 to 7 in initiating action on the representation/complaint dated 13.07.2016 made by the petitioner for the act of suppression of material facts and undervaluation by the respondents 10 and 11 under the Registered Settlement Deed dated 16.05.2015 registered as document No.1621/2015 in SRO, Razole in respect of Ac.1.00 cents in R.S.No.223/1 of Udimidi Village, P.Gannavaram Mandal, East Godavari District as illegal and arbitrary and also the action of the 8th respondent in issuing Pattadar Passbooks in respect of Ac.1.00 cents in R.S.No.223/1 of Udimidi village, P.Gannavaram Mandal, East Godavari District as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents 10 & 11 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 13.07.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the District Registrar, Rajamahendravaram District, has initiated proceedings No.G1/986/2017, dated 03.01.2017. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that action has already been initiated by the District Registrar vide proceedings dated 03.01.2017, this writ petition is disposed of.
