This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.289 of 2018 of Saroornagar Women Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 365 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after due investigation into the crime, Police have filed charge sheet before the V Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar,.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
