ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Rc.C.No.1877/2008, dated 30.12.2011, of respondent No.2, whereby she has kept her earlier order in Rc.C.No.1877/2008,

dated 15.12.2011, restoring the petitioner's fair price shop authorisation, in abeyance.

This Court by order, dated 04.07.2012, directed respondent No.2 to complete the proposed enquiry and communicate the result of such enquiry to the Court.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) submitted that on 10.07.2012, a final order was passed by respondent No.2.

Sri Ch.C.Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that so far, his client was not communicated with the said final order.

Respondent No.2 is, therefore, directed to communicate the final order, dated 10.07.2012, to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Inasmuch as subsequent to filing of this Writ Petition, respondent No.2 has passed a final order, the impugned order is replaced by the said final order. Therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy if he feels aggrieved by final order, dated 10.07.2012, of respondent No.2.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 04.07.2012, is vacated and WPMP.No.8957 of 2012 is dismissed as infructuous.
