This writ petition is filed by petitioner seeking to direct the respondents to consider her representation for approval of building plan. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that she applied for granting permission to construct ground+3 floors for the purpose of Suraksha Nursing Home and her residence and she also submitted a plan along with the application. But the respondents have not considered her representation so far.

Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

"The respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
