The present writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the 3rd respondent authority in registering a case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 08.02.2020, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 24.02.2020, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, submits that, based on the complaint made by the petitioner, a GD entry was made and enquiry was done and after enquiry, a case was registered in Crime No.41 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC on the file of Metpalli Police Station, on 23.02.2020 and the same is under investigation. 4.

Having regard to the submissions made, since a case has been registered based on the complaint of the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition.
