This Criminal Petition is frled under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, lg73 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner/ accused to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.226 of 2Ol5 on the Iile of the IX Additional Chief Metropofifan Magistrate, Hyderabad for the offence under Section 353 of Indian Penal Code.

As seen from the record, the case was listed on 09.08.2023 none appeared, as such, this Court directed the case to be listed under the caption for dismissal. Today also none appears. As seen from the proceedings sheet the interim stay that was granted was up to 31.01.2019 and thereafter it was not extended. The case is of the year 2015. The stage of the case in the trial Court is not known. I do not find any reason to keep the petition pending. 3.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
