Since the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2019, for reassignment of resumed lands in terms of Memo No.4233/ Assgn.1(3)/ 2018, dated 05.03.2018 issued by 1st respondent, is stated to be pending with the respondents, without expressing any opinion on merits, respondents 2 to 4 / competent authority, is directed to consider the said representation, and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
