No representation for the petitioner-accused No.5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on charge sheet being filed, the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Parigi, Ranga Reddy District, has taken cognizance in Calendar Case No.216 of 2015, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.
