ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2, in interfering with the preparations for conducting prayer meetings to celebrate Christmas festival in the petitioner's land admeasuring 518.50 square yards in Survey No.541 of Gorrekunta Village, Geesugonda Mandal, Warangal District, from 23rd to 25th December, 2015, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, Mr. B.Thimothi, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.53417 of 2015 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
