This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad in Crl.M.P.No.1488 of 2016. By an order dated 05.07.2016, passed in Crl.M.P.No.1488 of 2016 the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, while releasing the petitioner on bail directed him to appear before the Station House Officer, Prohibition and Excise Station, Dhoolpet, Hyderabad on every Sunday and Thursday between 10.00 a.m., and 12.00 noon for a period of two months or till filing of charge sheet, whichever is earlier. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition till date, which fact is not disputed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition of the petitioner reporting before the Station House Officer concerned on every Sunday and Thursday between 10.00 a.m., and 12.00 noon is hereby relaxed and instead he shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer, once in a week, for a period of eight weeks or till filing of charge sheet, whichever is earlier.
