THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.22426 OF 2015 ORDER:
Heard.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the entries in the revenue record with regard to the land admeasuring Ac.0.20 guntas in Survey No.367 at Nagaram Village, Manthani Mandal, Karimnagar District, have not been rectified in spite of his succeeding in the civil litigation under O.S.No.77 of 2005 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Manthani, and further orders of learned Senior Civil Judge, Manthani, in A.S.No.8 of 2011, dated 14.11.2011, and S.A.No.933 of 2012, dated 15.11.2012. The petitioner has already filed representations, dated 27.01.2012, and 08.04.2014, before respondents 2 and 3 together with copies of judgments of civil Court, as referred to above. However, complaining that no action has been taken by both the respondents, the present Writ Petition is filed.
Obviously, the orders of the competent civil Court, as referred to above, have to be implemented in the revenue records and respondents 2 and 3 are duty bound to ensure that the said orders are implemented accordingly.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representations,
Exs.P1 and P2, dated 27.01.2012 and 08.04.2014, and take appropriate action in accordance with law after giving notice to the affected parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
