Vide order, dated 02.11.2019, in Crl.M.P.No.510 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.867 of 2019, the learned Sessions Judge, while suspending the sentence of imprisonment imposed by the trial Court, directed the petitioner to deposit 20% of the cheque amount before the trial Court within two months from that day. not comply with the directions of the Court and hence, he prays to extend the time for payment of the amount. 4.
For the reasons mentioned in the petition and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to deposit 20% of the cheque amount within a period of three (3) weeks from today. It is made clear that no further time will be granted for deposit of the cheque amount.
