Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, on written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Annavaram Police Station, East Godavari District, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that on verification of the station records, the Station House Officer came to know that till date, the petitioner has not approached the respondent police station nor submitted a complaint, dated 21.12.2017. It is further stated that the respondent police are ready to initiate action if the petitioner approaches the respondent police with any fresh complaint. 3.

The said instructions are placed on record and accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open to the petitioner herein to make a fresh complaint to the respondent police for necessary action in the matter. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
