When the matter was listed on 03.08.2012 for admission, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj on instructions submitted that as of now the road work is not being taken up on the 40 year old road, due to certain instructions from the State Government and no physical action is being taken to lay the road as of now. When the matter is listed today, Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and learned Standing Counsel for Mandal Parishad states that the respondents have laid road through other lands but not through the petitioners' land.
