This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/accused Nos.10 and 11 seeking bail in Crime No.265 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Nalgonda II Town Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 120-B read with 34 IPC and Sections 25(1A), 25(1B) of the Indian Arms Act 1959 and Section 5 of the Explosive Substances Act 1908.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
