CVNR, J & GSP, J CMA.No.3 of 2014 Dt: 22.02.2018 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of Order, dated 29-10-2013, in OP.No.142 of 2009 on the file of the III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada.

Mr.N.Siva Reddy, learned Counsel for the appellant, has addressed letter, dated 19-02-2018, to the Registrar (Judicial) wherein he has stated that the appellant seeks to withdraw the Appeal.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel representing the learned Counsel for the appellant has reiterated the contents of the said letter.

In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
