The learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Ms. Vani Reddy would submit on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 that the case of the writ petitioner has already been considered by the 2nd respondent and, in fact, he is also one of the two Scheduled Tribe candidates short listed for being considered as Assistant Manager.

In view of the above, no further orders are needed to be passed in this writ petition as the cause does not survive any further for adjudication. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed at the admission stage, as having become infructuous, but however, without costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand dismissed.
