When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition submits that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 24.01.2018, passed by this Court in W.P.No.1835 of 2018. Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also closed of in terms thereof.
