THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1315 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 29.04.2013 in Crl.M.P.No.1253 of 2013 in S.T.C.No.103 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Pulivendula.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision petition with liberty to urge the points raised in this petition before the trial Court including the jurisdictional aspect.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to urge the points raised in this petition before the trial Court including the jurisdictional aspect. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision shall stand closed.
