In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the condition imposed by respondent No.3 in e-tender notice, dated 16.02.2019, with respect to owning of a vehicle. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 submits that the tender notice itself has been cancelled. In those circumstances, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
