THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.36239, 36437 & 37023 of 2013 COMMON ORDER:

All these cases are being disposed of on the basis of affidavit filed by the client addressed to the Registrar General of this Court seeking transfer of the above writ petitions to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad along with relevant record in view of the notification of Government dated 17.11.2015 including Khadi and Village Industries Commission in the schedule of institutions specifying the application of provisions of subsection (3) of Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. The Khadi and Village Industries Commission is included at Serial No.208 and a copy of the said Gazette along with the extract of Section 29 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 was filed along with the affidavit by the party seeking transfer to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

In view of the above, Registry is directed to transfer all these writ petitions to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad for taking appropriate action in accordance with law. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
