This revision case is filed by the petitioner against the orders dated 18.04.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.348 of 2011 in C.C.No.722 of 2006 on the file of the Court of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the revision case has become infructuous and no further orders need be passed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the revision case is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
