Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

Petitioner claims to be owner of plot bearing No. 2 to an extent of 280 sq yards in survey No. 304, Laskar Singaram revenue village, Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation, having purchased the same vide registered sale deed dated 7.1.2019. 3.
This writ petition is filed alleging that at the instance of 5th respondent, police are interfering in civil dispute. However, petitioner failed to state the reason for such interference and details of civil dispute pending between him and 5th respondent. As per the instructions furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Hanamakonda Police Station dated 25.2.2019, no crime is registered against the petitioner and police are not interfering in the civil dispute between petitioner and 5th respondent.

In view of the above, apprehension expressed by the petitioner no more survives. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the parties to workout the remedies available to them in law. No costs.
