HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.No.4948 of 2015 ORDER :

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the Petitioners-A.3 to A.6 in Cr.No.59 of 2015 on the file of the Women Police Station, Begumpet, praying to quash the proceedings in said crime.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A.3 to A.6 so also the learned Public Prosecutor representing State-1st respondent before admission and before ordering notice to the 2nd respondent/defacto-complainant and perused the material on record.

3. On perusal of the record, the police completed investigation and filed final report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. in the form of cahrgesheet. 4 . Having regard to above without prejudice to the right in the event of taking cognizance of the same under Section 190 of Cr.P.C. by the learned Magistrate, take appropriate further recourse, the petition is closed.
