Heard Sri V.R.Avula, learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the official respondents.

On written instructions, dated 05.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Penamaluru Police Station, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that on 15.01.2018, one Chigurupati Chandrashekara Rao, respondent No.4 herein, lodged a complaint with the respondent police against the petitioners stating that they trespassed into their premises and attacked one Sravani Sudha and also abused in filthy language and they also tried to steal their gold ornaments. It is further stated that basing on the same, police have registered Crime No.75 of 2018 for the alleged offences under Sections 448, 379, 323, 506 and 290 read with 34 I.P.C. on the file of Penamaluru Police Station and taken up the investigation. It is further stated that except the same, police did not call the petitioners and their family members to the police station and that the crime is under investigation.

The said instructions are placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
