Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file statutory appeal provided under the Act as indicated in the impugned order. Permission is accorded. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file statutory appeal provided under the Act. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
