This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not releasing the medical expenses for the medical treatment undergone by the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that, in view of the proceedings dated 09.12.2011, no further orders are necessary.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
