THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.4203 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused in Cr.No.142 of 2013 on the file of the Marikal Police Station, Mahabubnagar District.

2. A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioners were binded over for a period of six months on 24-12-2013. That six months period is over long back. In view of the same, the purpose of filing this petition becomes infructuous.
