Aggrieved by the order of dismissal from service, besides recovery of Rs.23.59 lakhs with penal interest, the petitioner claims to have preferred an appeal to the Board of Directors on 18.10.2018. Alleging inaction in the disposal of the appeal, this Writ Petition is filed. 2.

Copy of the appeal is placed as Ex.P3.

If the said appeal is received and is pending consideration before the appellate authority, the appellate authority is directed to dispose of the appeal, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
