HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 1867 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioners are working as casual Sub-Staff and they apprehend termination of their services on the ground that an e-mail was sent by the Head Office on 5.1.2017 and as a consequence, steps are being taken to terminate the services of the petitioners. The copy of e-mail was not filed. At any rate, as of now, no order of termination is passed. Cause of action would arise to petitioners only when the competent authority passes an order terminating the services of the petitioners. Even before an order of termination is passed, this court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition and consider the grievance of the petitioners.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to petitioners to work out their remedies as and when the orders are passed against them. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
