SMT JUSTICE T. RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1162 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., to grant bail to the petitioner, who is A1 in Crime No.196 of 2017 of Bhadrachalam Town Police Station, Khammam District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A)(B)(C)(D) read with Section 34 of IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The Public Prosecutor brings to the notice of this Court that the bail petition filed by A2 to A5 was dismissed by this Court by virtue of the order dated 08.02.2018 in Crl.P.No.1071 of 2018. A perusal of the order shows that this Court did not consider the contention of petitioners therein and that since the petitioner is A1, against whom the main allegations are made, this Court opined that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.

Hence, in view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
