CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.2064 of 2015 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct respondent No.1 to adjudicate I.A.No.23 of 2015 in E.A.No.33 of 2012 in C.C.No.109 of 2010 filed to recall warrants pending before it, in exercise of the powers, the procedures and the jurisdiction conferred upon it under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and to declare that G.O.Ms.No.9, dated 15.10.2014, and G.O.Ms.No.19, dated 20.11.2014, issued by respondent Nos. 6 and 7 are premature and against the provisions of the Act. 2.

Today, at the hearing, Mr.S.Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, has requested for permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition on the ground that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 11.02.2015, in W.P.M.P.No.2757 of 2015 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.2757 of 2015 and W.P.M.P.No.3088 of 2015 stand dismissed as infructuous.
