Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the affidavit of the criminal petition, the satisfaction court name was wrongly mentioned as "IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad"

instead of "Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy at L.B. Nagar" and the same was typed in the operative portion of the order dated 27.02.2024 in the above criminal petition and requested to correct the same and issue the corrected copy.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed and the name of the court "IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad" mentioned in the 4th line of paragraph No.8 of the order dated 27.02.2024 in Crl.P. No.1801 of 2024 should be replaced with "Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy at L.B. Nagar".
