The petitioner's grievance is with regard to the corrections said to have been made in the revenue records by the Tahsildar, Kanigiri Mandal, Prakasam District, in respect of the land admeasuring Acres 14.68 cents in Sy.No.66 of Takkellapadu Village, Kanigiri Mandal, Prakasam District. The petitioner claims to have made representations dated 04.12.2013 and 18.04.2015 in this regard to the Tahsildar, Kanigiri.

With the consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Kanigiri Mandal, Prakasam

District, the 3rd respondent herein, to consider the petitioner's representations dated 04.12.2013 and 18.04.2015, give due opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties and pass appropriate reasoned orders thereon and take necessary action pursuant thereto in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
