HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.5926 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that in pursuance to the application of the petitioner for conducting survey of the petitioner's private patta land to an extent of Ac.0.14 guntas, situated in Survey No.109, Machirevula Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, notices were issued on 03.03.2016 fixing the survey date as 11.03.2016. But, on the said date, no survey was conducted and no further date is fixed for conducting survey. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

This Court has already disposed of similar writ petition No.4811 of 2011 and batch on 28.04.2016. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order. No order as to costs.
