THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CONTEMPT CASE No.256 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed by the writ petitioner complaining willful disobedience of the common orders of this Court, dated 18.01.2018, insofar as the said common orders related to W.P.No.42044 of 2017.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/writ petitioner would submit that after the orders in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.A.No.235 of 2018 were passed by a Division Bench of this Court, the orders of this Court are complied with and the vehicles are released and, therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in the contempt case.

Learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise appearing for the respondents is present. He placed on record a copy of the above stated interim order in the afore-stated interlocutory application in the above said Writ Appeal. 4.

Recording the submissions, the Contempt Case is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
