It is submitted by Sri Ch.Dhanamjaya, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.6 - Sarpanch of Jagannadhapuram Gram Panchayat, Jagannadhapuram, Mogalthuru Mandal, West Godavari District, that the shopping complex being constructed is not in the property belonging to the school and that the alternative bus shelter in the name of the petitioner's father would be constructed and it is only thereafter, the present bus shelter would be removed.

Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for respondent No.6, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 5th FEBRUARY, 2018.
