THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE K. SUJANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.2770 of 2025 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A.1 praying this Court to relax the condition imposed by the Sessions Judge, Hyderabad in Crl.M.P.No.509 of 2025 in Cr.No.199 of 2024 of RPS, Secunderabad.

Heard Sri Chandrashekhar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The petitioner herein was arrested on 20.05.2024 in Cr.No.199 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Section 8 (c) r/w.Section 20(b)(ii)(C) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and subsequently, he was granted statutory bail vide Crl.M.P.No.509 of 2025 by the Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, by imposing conditions. One of the conditions imposed is that petitioner shall execute personal bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court. Learned counsel further

submitted that as petitioner belongs to a poor family, he is not in a position to fulfill the said condition, as such, he is still in judicial custody. Hence, prayed to relax the said condition. 4.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the averments of the petition, the condition of petitioner executing personal bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court is relaxed and petitioner is directed to execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
