Petitioner is working as Work Inspector in Mahabubnagar Municipality. According to the petitioner he has acquired Diploma in Civil Engineering by distance mode from Janardhan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth (Deemed) University, Rajasthan. He claims to recognize the said diploma and to make appropriate entry in the service record for the purpose of grant of service benefits. The said request of the petitioner was rejected by the Engineer-in-Chief, vide his memo dated 28.12.2012. The said memo is assailed in O.A.No.805 of 2013, which is transferred to this Court. 2.

Before the cases are actually transferred from Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (APAT), after the notification issued by the Government of India, excluding the jurisdiction of the APAT to adjudicate service grievances of the persons in the State of Telangana, petitioner filed W.P.No.12953 of 2017. The said writ petition was disposed of by order dated 13.04.2017 granting liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation, ventilating his grievance by referring to the judgment of this Court rendered in W.P.No.9115 of 2009. This court further directed the competent authority to consider and take appropriate decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner by a reasoned order. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments, no further orders are required in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition (TR) is disposed of, as no further orders are required. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition (Tr) shall stand closed.
