THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2274 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioners.

At the admission stage, the following Order is passed: In view of the observations made by this Court in the Common Order dated 16.02.2015 in Crl.P.No.7289 of 2014 and batch of DVC matters, no relief under 482 Cr.P.C. can be given to the petitioners/Accused in the instant petition. Therefore, the petitioners/Accused Nos. 2,3 and 4 are directed to appear before the trial Court and face the trial and put-forth all the defences legally permissible to them under law, in which case, the trial Court shall consider their defences and pass appropriate Judgment on merits.
