This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.P.No.10 of 2014 from the file of the Additional Family Court, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, and transfer the same to the file of the Principal Family Court, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad. No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 25.09.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
