THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WPMP.No.47619 of 2017 in/and WP.No.9799/2007 ORDER:

This is an application filed under Section 151 of C.P.C. praying for permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition No.9799 of 2007. In the affidavit filed in support of the present application at Paragraph-3, it is stated as follows:

"Aggrieved by the same I preferred Writ Petition No.9799 of 2007 before this Hon'ble Court and sought direction for release of my salary arrears as well as terminal benefits, the said Writ Petition is still pending. Recently the respondents are willing to compromise the matter by releasing the due amounts to me. Accordingly, I approached the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent settled my account by releasing due salaries for an amount of Rs.98,000/- by way of Cheque vide No.603491 to credit the cheque amount at the time of withdrawing the Writ Petition. In these circumstances I am approaching this Hon'ble Court and requesting to withdrawing the Writ Petition, hence this WPMP, as otherwise I will be put to irreparable loss and hardship."

In view of the above development, permission is accorded. The WPMP is ordered accordingly. Consequently, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
