THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.40391 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "... to issue order or orders more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declare the inaction of the Respondents herein acting upon the complaint dt: 5.12.2014 given to the Respondent No.3 herein in pursuance to the refusal to register a crime by Respondent No.2 herein as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and violation of 154(3) of Cr.P.C. and violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and investigate the crime fairly and effectively and pass such other order or orders deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case in the interest of Justice." 2.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has produced before this Court the written instructions, dated 19.01.2015, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jadcherla Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, and stated that upon receipt of the complaint, dated 05.12.2014, of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.44 of 2015 of Jadcherla Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, was registered on 14.01.2015 and investigation is taken up.

In the light of the above, inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
