This application is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners-A1 to A3, A5 and A6 for the offences alleged under Sections 448, 306 and 323 r/w 34 IPC.

When the matter had come up on earlier occasions on 21.11.2017, 28.11.2017 and 05.02.2017, none appeared and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Today also, when the matter has come up, none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears, the petitioners have no interest to prosecute the case.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
