HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR C.R.P No. 3227 of 2008 ORDER:

It is represented that advocate for petitioner underwent operation and sought time.

2. As seen from the proceeding sheet, the very same representation is made on 29.03.2016 and 3 weeks time was granted on such representation. Again on 20.04.2016, a request is made to adjourn till after vacation, and the said request was considered.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up, again the very same representation is made and sought time. I am not inclined to grant any further time since sufficient time is granted as per the request made. It seems that petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

4. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

No costs.
